The Board of Directors is the decision-making body for the Neighborhood Council. The Board meets monthly on the FOURTH Thursday of each month except for November and December, when it meets on the THIRD Thursday because of the holidays. The Board must meet in-person at least once each calendar year. When it does meet in-person, the normal location is the place where meeting notices are posted:
